Walking Tour of the No Mad (North of Madison Square) area known as “Satan’s Circus” by Licensed Tour Guide Robert Brenner

Meet the guide at 11:45 AM in front of the Masonic Hall, 71 West 23rd Street.

Two hour guided tour will explore the formerly notorious places in the area, which include saloons, music halls, gambling dens and houses of ill-repute. You can still see the alley where American popular music was born, the hotels that Diamond Jim Brady, Lillian Russell, Samuel Clemens and Oscar Wilde frequented and much more.

$20 members; $25 non-members. Optional lunch will follow the tour at 5th & Mad, 7 East 36th Street. Space is limited.
